Bennett has been practicing law since 1994. 

Bennett chose to become an attorney as a result of unique personal and professional experiences. Upon graduating from the University of Miami with a BA in Psychology, Bennett spent ten years at a private company in various executive roles, ultimately becoming the company's director of operations. When his company was acquired, his responsibilities included working closely with the attorneys and financial planners involved. It was then that he knew he had found his niche, leading him to attend Nova Southeastern University Law Center and to also work for a financial planning company.

Bennett is licensed to practice in Colorado and Florida. He works closely with his clients, their families and their other trusted advisors. As a result, his clients feel confident about their planning and financial future. Many clients come to think of Bennett as a member of their extended family. Bennett knows that he has done his job well, when his clients express that they now have -- peace of mind.

Bennett is a member of Wealth Counsel; the Colorado Bar Association; the Florida Bar Association; the Boulder County Estate Planning Council; the Advisors Forum; the Legal Committee for the Boulder County Community Foundation; the Boulder County Bar; the Laureate Wealth Strategies Program of the Southern California Institute and the Board of Directors for the National Center for Jewish Cultural Arts.

Bennett participates in an extraordinary amount of Continuing Legal Education, in order to provide his clients with the most relevant estate planning strategies available. He is also an active participant in Landmark Education for his own personal growth and development.

Bennett is married to Diedre Wachbrit Braverman, who is also an Estate Planning Attorney and he has two wonderful stepchildren, nine-year-old twins, Gus and Lexi.

When he isn't practicing law, Bennett is usually running or hiking around Boulder with his dog, a Collie named Beau.
